Our Custom Furniture Design Process

For us, each piece of furniture is unique, specially designed for you. We ensure it adapts to your needs, style, and space, transforming your home or business with furniture that combines functionality and aesthetics.

Stage I: Understanding Your Vision The first step is to get to know you and understand what you are looking for. We meet with you to discuss your ideas, how you will use the furniture, and how you want it to integrate with your space. We will also ask for visual references to better capture your style and preferences. We provide you with a detailed quote that includes a Moodboard and conceptualization, 3D design and real-time visualization, production plans, finish plans, 3 renders per piece of furniture, and a general project presentation.

Estimated Time: This stage usually lasts 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your availability for meetings.

Stage II: Design and Proposals We create 3 design proposals based on your needs and style. We will show you different options for shapes, colors, materials, and finishes so you can see how your furniture will look in the space. Together we will adjust details such as measurements, finishes, and any aspect you wish to modify. We will provide you with a digital folder with all proposals and details. If you wish to have the 3D models or detailed plans, you can also acquire them for an additional cost. 

Review and Adjustments: During this stage, you can make revisions and adjustments to the design to ensure everything is to your liking.

Estimated Time: This phase usually lasts between 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the number of revisions.

Stage III: Material Selection and Design Finalization Once the design is approved, we move on to selecting the final materials. We organize meetings so you can see and choose the finishes, textures, and colors that best suit your vision. We will work with you to ensure that everything, from the wood to the hardware, is of the highest quality and suitable for your needs.

 Estimated Time: This stage can last 1 week, depending on the available material options.

Stage IV: Manufacturing and Assembly With everything ready, we begin manufacturing the furniture, adapting to the approved measurements and specifications. We will keep you informed about the progress and the estimated delivery date. If the furniture requires assembly, we will coordinate the process to ensure everything is perfectly installed in your space.

Estimated Time: Manufacturing and assembly can take between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the chosen materials.
