Our Spatial Experience Design Process

Phase I: Discovery and Understanding of the Space In this first phase, we meet with you to thoroughly understand the purpose of your space, your needs, and the experience you wish to create. We will analyze the environment, the activities that will take place in the space, and how you want users to feel within it. We will ask you for visual references, inspiration, or any ideas you may have in mind. Together, we will define the atmosphere and functionality you want to achieve, ensuring that the space is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and comfortable. At this stage, we will also provide you with a quote for the design package, which will include preliminary space planning, details on finishes, and a material proposal.

Estimated Time: This phase generally takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on meeting availability and the complexity of the space.

Phase II: Conceptual Design Development Here, we begin working on the initial design proposals for the space, based on the information gathered during the discovery phase. We will present several options for space layout, proposals for colors, textures, and materials. This is the time to define finishes, such as flooring, walls, lighting, furniture, and other decorative elements. We will show you renders and conceptual plans of the space, so you can visualize the options before making final decisions. At this stage, we can make adjustments and review specific details, such as furniture arrangement or finish selection. We will provide you with a personalized digital folder containing all the proposed elements for your space. If you wish to acquire the 3D models or detailed plans for future modifications, this option will be available for an additional cost.

Review and Adjustments: During this phase, you may request revisions to adjust the proposal according to your preferences and needs.

Estimated Time: This process takes between 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the number of revisions needed and the complexity of the design.

Phase III: Material Selection and Final Details Once the conceptual design is approved, we move on to the final material selection phase. This includes flooring, wall coverings, lighting, furniture, and decorative accessories. We will organize meetings for you to view physical material samples, test different options, and ensure everything aligns with the vision for the space. We will help you choose the best in terms of quality, durability, and aesthetics for your budget and needs. We will also work on the final details of functionality, such as furniture ergonomics and space circulation.

Estimated Time: This phase can take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the availability of samples and the final material decision.

Phase IV: Execution and Implementation Supervision Once all design details are approved, we begin with the design implementation. We will coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all elements are manufactured and installed correctly as planned. We will provide active supervision to ensure that the construction or remodeling process progresses as expected. We will keep you informed every step of the way, and if there are unforeseen changes, we will inform you and adjust the design if necessary.

Estimated Time: The design execution and implementation can last between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the project's magnitude and the selected materials.

Final Meetings: During this process, follow-up meetings will be held to ensure the design is being executed correctly, address any questions, and make adjustments if necessary.
